Description
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION These electrically erasable programmable memo- ry (EEPROM) devices are accessed by a high speed SPI-compatible bus. The memory array is organized as 8192 x 8 bit (M95640), and 4096 x 8 bit (M95320). The device is accessed by a simple serial interface that is SPI-compatible. The bus signals are C, D and Q, as shown in Table 1 and Figure 2. The device is selected when Chip Select (S) is tak- en Low. Communications with the device can be interrupted using Hold (HOLD).
Applications
The output drivers in the HIP6601B, HIP6603B and HIP6604B have the capacity to efficiently switch power MOSFETs at frequencies up to 2MHz. Each driver is capable of driving a 3000pF load with a 30ns propagation delay and 50ns transition time. These products implement bootstrapping on the upper gate with only an external capacitor required. This reduces implementation complexity and allows the use of higher performance, cost effective, N-Channel MOSFETs. Adaptive shoot-through protection is integrated to prevent both MOSFETs from conducting simultaneously.
Features
The 74HC/HCT193 are 4-bit synchronous binary up/down counters. Separate up/down clocks, CPU and CPD respectively, simplify operation. The outputs change state synchronously with the LOW-to-HIGH transition of either clock input. If the CPU clock is pulsed while CPD is held HIGH, the device will count up. If the CPD clock is pulsed while CPU is held HIGH, the device will count down. Only one clock input can be held HIGH at any time, or erroneous operation will result. The device can be cleared at any time by the asynchronous master reset input (MR); it may also be loaded in parallel by activating the asynchronous parallel load input (PL).
