TEST RESET: An asynchronous reset signal (active low) which initializes the STA111 logic. This input has a 25KΩ pull-up resistor and no ESD clamp diode (ESD is controlled with an alternate method). When the device is power-off (VDD floating), this input appears to be a capacitive load to ground (Note 4). When VDD = 0V (i.e.; not floating but tied to VSS) this input appears to be a capacitive load with the pull-up to ground.

Applications
The AT28C010-15BC is 268,435,456 bits synchronous high data rate Dynamic RAM organized as 4 x 4,196,304 words by 16 bits, fabricated with SAMSUNG's high performance CMOS technol- ogy. Synchronous design allows precise cycle control with the use of system clock and I/O transactions are possible on every clock cycle. Range of operating frequencies, programmable burst length and programmable latencies allow the same device to be useful for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance memory system applications.
Features
Reset (Input). A logic low at this input resets the AT28C010-15BC. To ensure proper operation, the device must be reset after reference signal frequency changes and power-up. The RST pin should be held low for a minimum of 300 ns. While the RST pin is low, all frame pulses except RST and TSP and all clock outputs except C6o, C16o and C19o are at logic high. The RST, TSP, C6o and C16o are at logic low during reset. The C19o is free-running during reset. Following a reset, the input reference source, output clocks and frame pulses are phase aligned as shown in Figure 13.
